There are tariff plans for both data and calls, but the Glo 11k/s is a price plan or a call plan which allows customers call customers on Glo network at 11k/s and customers on other networks in Nigeria and 30 international destinations at 15k/s after deduction of N7 daily access fee
From the looks of things, the Glo 11k/s plan will allow you as a potential subscriber and customer to easily migrate to this plan and enjoy amazing calls at a flat rate to all Glo networks, but it is different when it comes to other Nigeria’s network.
During the launch, GLO said “We’re pleased to announce the launch of a simple and very affordable 11k tariff plan for Glo customers. With this new tariff, Glo customers can now call any network in Nigeria at a flat rate of 11k/sec. The plan is especially beneficial to customers who make a lot of voice calls and/or customers who currently do not have data-enabled phones and are therefore unable to enjoy Glo’s unmatched data plans. Please note that this tariff offer comes with a daily access fee of N7 (excl. VAT) which is charged with the first call of the day.
Glo customers can join the 11k plan by dialing *311#.”
And also note that you will NOT be charged the daily access fee if you have not made any call. As the daily access fee is only charged when you initiate your 1st call of the day. Subsequent calls for the day are charged at 11k/s flat to all customers.

You are to understand that the N5 daily fee is the rental fee, and it will be deducted from your account on a daily basis. Also know that, when this daily access fee is not paid, local calls are made at 20k/s while international calls are at the default rate.

They are 30 international destinations that are confidentially eligible for the Glo 11k/s prepaid plan. Although, calls to these countries will be charged at 15k/s. And they include: Asia, Europe, South America, North America countries:

Meanwhile, calls to other international destinations are charged at the respective rates to those destinations. Any country that is not among this selected 30 list will be charged at its different rates, but only when calls are made.
Even if the N5 wasn’t deducted, know that international calls are at the default rate.
