Airtel smartTALK 2.0

This is evidently the cheapest tariff plan on The Airtel Network.

With Airtel smartTALK 2.0, you can make call to all networks in Nigeria at 11kobo per second (from the very 1st second) for a daily access fee of N7 is charged upon your first call of the day.

And not just local calls, you can also make international calls at 20kobo per second to USA, Canada, China, India and UK Landline.
