Etisalat or 9mobile Cheapest Call Rate and Migration Code

[ad_1]

Etisalat has now been changed to 9mobile but this cheap call rate and migration code should work on your 9mobile line without any issues.

I believe you are here because you are interested in knowing the cheapest Etisalat rates. But really, who wouldn’t want a cheaper call rate considering the calls that we make on a daily basis.

Earlier I wrote an article that talks about the various Etisalat call plan. In that article, you will see various Etisalat plan, their migration code, call rate, and other benefits. If you have not read it, you may want to do so now or later, whichever works best for you. To locate the article, simply make a quick search using the search field provided on this site. What you will be searching for is “Etisalat call plans”, this should bring out the article I’m talking about.

Quick Advice

If you make a lot of calls as well as browse a lot, you will
hardly find a single tariff that will work well for both your call needs and
your browsing needs. In that case, my advice for you is to get 2 sim cards if
you can afford a phone that uses 2 sims. On one sim, you should subscribe to a
plan that covers your data needs and is the cheapest, while on the other sim
you should subscribe to a plan that meets your call needs and is cheap.

These 2 sims don’t have to be of the same network provider. If you feel another network will serve you better on any of the categories, your best bet is to go with that network. We all want to save cost, don’t we? Well, I want to save cost but I don’t know about you.

Now that we have gotten that out of the way, it is time I tell
you about the Etisalat cheapest call rate and why I consider it the cheapest.
Just in case you are expecting me to talk about more than one tariff in this
article, you may be disappointed. This article will cover only one Etisalat
tariff, which is the tariff I regard as Etisalat cheapest call plan.

Etisalat Easy Life

Etisalat Easy life plan is regarded as the cheapest call plan on Etisalat by many because when you compare it with other tariffs, it is actually cheap. With Etisalat Easy life, you get to make calls at a flat rate 15k/Sec to all network in Nigeria.  You can also make calls to some selected international countries at the same rate which is actually unbelievable. These countries are Canada, China, India, Germany, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. So if you have relatives in any of these countries, life just got a lot easier. If you have made calls to international countries, you will understand how expensive these calls can be.

To enjoy this call rate, a daily fee of 5 NGN will be deducted from your account on your first call. After
which all calls would be made at 15k/Sec.

So you don’t agree with me that this is the cheapest Etisalat call plan? Let’s do some maths. Don’t worry if your Maths skill is poor, this will be easy to understand.

Let’s calculate

For the purpose of this calculation, I’ll assume you made a
recharge of 100 NGN.

Initial airtime balance = 0

Airtime balance after recharge = 100 NGN

Recall that this plan has a daily access fee of 5 NGN

Airtime balance after access fee is deducted= 100 – 5 = 95 NGN

I believe you understand what is happening so far. Right now
we have a balance of 95 NGN after the access fee of 5 NGN was deducted.

Default call rate = 15k/Sec.

Number of Sec in a Min = 60 sec

Cost of 1 min call = 15k x 60 sec = 900 kobo

Recall that 1 NGN is equal to 100 kobo, which means

Cost of 1 min call = 9 NGN

Now we know the cost
of 1 min of call, so we want to know how many minutes of call our 95 NGN will
give us. To know this, all we have to do is divide 95 by 9, which will give us
9.5.

This means 95 NGN will give us over 9 minutes of call to all network in
Nigeria and some international countries.
Trust me, this is good value

This plan is not known to give a bonus on recharges, if that’s what you are looking for, read the article on Etisalat call plans.

How to migrate to Etisalat Easy Life?

you may consider cheaper for local calls but higher for international calls. In
this plan, you get to make calls at 11k
per sec
to all network in Nigeria. And, make calls to some international
countries at 20k per sec. These
countries are China, India, USA and United Kingdom landlines.

 To migrate to Easy
Life 4.0 limited edition, dial *420*1#
from your Etisalat line.

So here you have it. This is the tariff I consider as have
Etisalat cheapest call rate. If you don’t agree with me, it’s fine we all have
our individual needs, but I’ll like to learn from you as well. So, if you know
of any cheaper plan on Etisalat, I really will want to know about it.

Whatever the case, we will want to hear from you, so leave a
comment below and share this article with your friends.
